High concentration of growth factor and CD34+ cell in LPCGF have the ability to accelerate the regeneration of skin and tissue. The course was about the deep explanation and analysis on the theory of liquid phase growth factor of high concentration in anti-aging medicine application ; the clinical application of mixed up with HA and LPCGF on beauty-therapy; and the theory about APAG and others aspect of perioral cosmetic care ,with the following live surgery operation be performed ,all participants can master the skill through theory combined with actual .

Anesthesia cream was applying to patient evenly before surgery.

Put blood sample in Medifuge machine , and it will finished the LPCGF preparation in 12 minutes automaticly.

Use a professional syringe to extract out the LPCGF (PRP and CD34+)

Injected LPCGF to eye wrinkles by 5ml syringe

Use an ice pack to cool down the injection site and injected the LPCGF to perioral wrinkles.

Linear injection LPCGF was used to deep wrinkle on neck.
